Refund policy
We have a 100-day refund policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund you must inform us of your request between 1-100 days of receipt .i.e You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, order number and name of the purchaser to initiate a refund.
To start a return/refund, you can contact us at enquiries@nnartisanal.co.uk. If your request is accepted, we’ll contact you to inform you of when your refund will be processed and if relevant,send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure that it can be resolved swiftly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our products, gift cards or samples.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on any of our products. Should a mistake with your order be made by us we will work with you to remedy the issue as soon as possible, often issuing a replacement and we always offer an apology.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund, and let you know when the refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
